Infineon opens high-power semiconductor module plant for EVs
The new manufacturing facility, supported by the government of Hungary, aims to advance vehicle electrification
Infineon Technologies has opened a new EUR100-million (USD99.18-million) high-power semiconductor modules facility dedicated for electric vehicles (EVs) in Cegléd, Hungary, it said in a press release on 6 October.
