Infineon announces 8-, 16-Mbit EXCELON F-RAM memories for automotive applications
Infineon offers range of serial and parallel F-RAM products with densities ranging from 4-Kbit to 16-Mbit, that support a 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage range
Infineon Technologies has announced commercial availability of the highest density serial F-RAMs, the company’s new 8- and 16-Mbit EXCELON F-RAM memories, according to a press release on 1 November 2022.
