200mm fab turned into new 180nm-capable foundry called LA Semiconductor
ATREG has announced that the completion of onsemi’s operational 200mm manufacturing fab acquisition located in Pocatello, Idaho, US, by LA Semiconductor, according to a press release on 31 October 2022.
