Arconic sells Russian aluminum business for USD230 million
The assets were bought by Russian investment company Promyshlennye Investitsii
US materials supplier Arconic announced via press release on 15 November that it had completed the sale of its Russian assets to Promyshlennye Investitsii OAO for USD230 million.
