Volvo completes acquisition of autonomous driving software supplier Zenseact
Zenseact becomes fully owned subsidiary of Volvo Cars by purchasing 13.5% of Zenseact's shares from ECARX
According to a report published by Reuters on 31 December 2022, Volvo Car has acquired full ownership of its autonomous driving (AD) software development subsidiary Zenseact.
