Eyeing the fast-growing demand for electric vehicle charging infrastructure in India, Siemens Ltd. (Siemens) signed an agreement May 19 to acquire the EV division of Mumbai, India-based Mass-Tech Controls Pvt. Ltd (Mass-Tech Controls).
