Omnivision announces two new products for automotive in-cabin applications
With a pixel size of just 2.2 µm, both new sensors feature NIR QE at 36%
In a press release announcement June 19, Omnivision introduced two new additions to its industry-leading Nyxel near infrared (NIR) technology family: the OX02C1S, a 2.5‑megapixel (MP) RGB‑IR back-side illuminated (BSI) global shutter (GS) sensor for in-cabin driver monitoring systems (DMS) and occupant monitoring systems (OMS); and the OX01H1B, a 1.5 MP mono (infrared) GS sensor for DMS.
