Volkswagen in talks with Tesla to adopt North American Charging Standard
VW’s EV charging unit Electrify America plans to add the NACS connector to Electrify America and Electrify Canada’s fast-charging networks
Europe’s largest carmaker Volkswagen Group is in talks with Tesla to adopt the latter’s North American Charging Standard (NACS), in line with the other legacy carmakers including Ford and General Motors, according to a news report published by Reuters on June 29.
