According to a government agency, South Korea has nearly 400,000 EVs on the road currently and this is expected to touch 4.2 million by 2030

LG Uplus Corp., South Korea's third-largest mobile carrier, signed a joint venture with Kakao Mobility Corp. to start an electric vehicle charging-station business.
