Infineon introduces ‘Excelon F-RAM’ family memory devices for automotive applications
Infineon’s 1 Mbit (CY15B201QN-50SXE) and 4 Mbit (CY15B204QN-40SXE) Excelon Auto F-RAM devices are now in volume production
According to a press release July 17, Infineon Technologies has introduced two new Ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) memory devices in 1 Mbit and 4 Mbit densities to its Excelon F-RAM family.
