Group14 Technologies acquires silane producer Schmid Silicon in Germany
Schmid Silicon’s state-of-the-art silane factory in Spreetal, Germany, will help Group14 in expanding its European operations
US-based Group14 Technologies, a leading manufacturer of advanced silicon-battery technology, has acquired Germany-based Schmid Silicon Technology Holding GmbH in a move to strengthen its battery supply chain, the company announced July 24.
