Infineon adds to OptiMOS 5 portfolio targeting high-power electronic control units
The six new products offer a narrowed-gate threshold voltage, enabling designs with parallel MOSFETs for increased output-power capability
According to a press release on August 10, Infineon Technologies has announced that the company is complementing its OptiMOS 5 portfolio of automotive metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs) in the 60-V and 120-V range with new products in the high-power packages TO-Leadless (TOLL), TO-Leaded with Gullwing (TOLG) and TO-Leaded top-side cooling (TOLT).
