Expecting superior growth in Southeast Asia, Japanese automaker Toyota Motor plans an investment of 4.4 billion pesos ($78.2 million) in the Philippines to develop two new models designed for emerging markets, Nikkei Asia reported on August 23, quoting the original equipment manufacturer.
