Linamar to acquire propulsion-agnostic business from Mobex for $70 million
The transaction is expected to close in the mid-fourth quarter of 2023
Linamar has signed an agreement with Mobex Fourth and 1 to acquire a substantial portion of its US-based assets, it said in a press release on September 21.
