UAW strike: Suppliers ask for price concessions from carmakers as strike hits finances

The ongoing UAW strike against the Detroit Three — General Motors, Ford Motor Co. and Stellantis — has hit the finances of the automotive suppliers, which were already grappling with a tight availability of finances and uncertainty, according to a news report published by Automotive News on September 21.
