ElectraMeccanica terminates agreement with Tevva due to breaches, seeks repayment of loans
The decision was made by a unanimous decision of ElectraMeccanica's board of directors
ElectraMeccanica Vehicles Corp. has terminated its arrangement agreement with Tevva Motors Ltd. due to multiple incurable breaches of the agreement, it said in a press release on October 4.
