Samvardhana Motherson incorporates EV unit in UAE
MSSL Mideast will own 99% of the wholly owned subsidiary while Motherson Wiring System will own the remaining 1% stake
Samvardhana Motherson announced that it has incorporated Samvardhana Motherson Electric Vehicles LLC, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, as an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, in a press release dated October 13.
