Subaru to adopt Tesla’s North American Charging Standard
Subaru aims to have BEVs account for 50% of its global car sales by 2030
Japanese carmaker Subaru Corp. has reached an agreement with US electric-vehicle maker Tesla to adopt the latter’s North American Charging Standard (NACS) for the charging ports of its battery-electric vehicles (BEVs) to be launched in North America beginning in 2025, Subaru of America said Nov. 1.
