Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Ltd. (TPEM) and Jaguar Land Rover PLC (JLR) have entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for the licensing of JLR’s Electrified Modular Architecture (EMA) platform for a royalty fee, Tata Motors Ltd. announced Nov. 2.
