Infineon introduces 650-V CoolMOS CFD7A in QDPAK package for fast EV charging application
The 650-V CoolMOS CFD7A is available in QDPAK package with two versions
In a press release announcement on Nov. 22, Infineon Technologies said that it has expanded its 650-V CoolMOS CFD7A portfolio by introducing the QDPAK package, which offers improved electrical performance and thermal capabilities compared to traditional TO247 THD devices.
