Gotion InoBat Batteries to set up battery factory in Slovakia
The targeted start of production is in the second quarter of 2026, with full-scale production scheduled for 2027
Gotion InoBat Batteries (GIB), a joint venture between Gotion High-Tech and InoBat, has signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of the Slovak Republic to construct a battery gigafactory in Šurany, Slovakia, according to a company press release dated Nov. 23.
