The automaker reviews UK investment as EV market shifts

Nissan Motor plans to reduce the number of gasoline engines it develops for cars debuting in 2028 or later, focusing instead on hybrid vehicles (HVs) and minicars. The automaker aims to have 55% of its vehicle lineup electrified by 2030 and will launch 27 new electrified models, including EVs, by the same year, Nikkei Asia reported on November 29.
