Ommatidia launches MaPALDA project marking new era for automotive lidar
Ommatidia LiDAR project aims to enhance autonomous vehicle safety with advanced FMCW technology
In a press release announcement on November 29, Ommatidia LiDAR announced the launch of the MaPALDA Project, aims to develop autonomous vehicles and in-cabin safety and comfort technologies. The $8-million MaPALDA Project is supported by a consortium of key international partners, including Ommatidia LiDAR, Dongwon Industries Ltd., IDNEO, Hangyang University, ALC Net, ViewNyx and Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV).
