Hyundai to sell Russian unit to local dealer with buyback option
The automaker maintains support for Russian vehicle owners
Hyundai Motor has announced plans to sell its Russian unit, Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Rus, to a local dealer, Art-Finance, with a buyback option. The move comes after the company's factory in St. Petersburg was suspended due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Nikkei Asia reported Dec 19.
