
Continental will showcase its latest innovations in mobility at CES 2024 next month, it said in a press release on December 19. The company is demonstrating its vision for the future of mobility, which includes advancements in software-driven mobility, automated driving, and user experience.
The supplier will showcase its Face Authentication Displays which provide secure car entry and safe vehicle start, using liveness checks to ensure only authorized individuals can access the vehicle.
It will also exhibit Crystal Center Display, a Curved In2visible Display which integrates into the cockpit, and a Smart Cockpit High-Performance Computer (HPC) in collaboration with Google Cloud. The computer enables the mobility experience of the future, equipping cars with generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities.
Continental will showcase its Radar Vision Parking solution which enables Level 3 and Level 4 driving and parking functions, using high-resolution surround radars and high-resolution cameras for precise and close-range measurement.
The company will also talk about its partnership with Aurora Innovation. It has industrialized Aurora’s autonomous driving system kits, as well as its Full Stack Automated Driving Solution with Ambarella. Continental contributes hardware and software to this partnership, while Ambarella provides the System-on-Chip (SoC) platform and further software functionalities.
