Tesla issues 1.6 million cars recall in China over problems with Autopilot, locks

The recall in China follows a similar recall in the US that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced in December 2023

Electric vehicle major Tesla is recalling more than 1.6 million cars in China to fix problems with Autopilot features and locks, state regulators announced Jan. 5.
