TASARU Mobility Investments plans to acquire a minority stake in the BENTELER subsidiary HOLON
TASARU Mobility Investments also signed a binding agreement to invest in the American tech company Recogni Inc.
BENTELER is set to secure a multimillion-dollar investment to expand its autonomous mover business, HOLON, through a minority stake acquisition by TASARU Mobility Investments, according to a press release on Feb. 7.
