Greenland to spin off Drivetrain Systems business, create two independent companies
After the proposed spin-off, Greenland will be solely comprised of the company’s current Industrial EV business under its HEVI brand
Greenland Technologies has announced that its board of directors has approved a plan to spin off its Drivetrain Systems business and separate its Electric Industrial Vehicles and Drivetrain Systems segments into two independent, publicly-traded companies, in a press release dated Feb. 14.
