Infineon sells back-end manufacturing sites to ASE
The transaction is expected to close toward the end of the second calendar quarter of 2024
Infineon Technologies AG and ASE Technology Holding Co. Ltd. have signed definitive agreements, under which Infineon will sell two of its back-end manufacturing sites to ASE, as reported in a press release on Feb. 22.
