OPINA and EU partner to introduce ROS2 to enhance autonomous vehicle development
OPINA's ROS2 bridge enables real-time communication between simulation and testing solutions
The Open Innovation Autonomous Vehicle Development and Testing Platform (OPINA), a collaboration between Turkey and the EU, has introduced the Robot Operating System 2 (ROS2) middleware to enable all autonomous driving applications on the platform to exchange data with simulation and test programs via the ROS2 bridge, as reported by BNN on March 4.
