Ultium Cells ship first-completed battery cells to General Motors
Ultium Cells will continue to produce millions of battery cells for GM’s Ultium platform-based electric cars and pickup trucks
Ultium Cells, a joint venture between General Motors (GM) and LG Energy Solution (LGES) that will mass-produce Ultium battery cells, has shipped its first battery cells to its customer, GM, the company announced on March 21.
