AI startup SiMa.ai raises $70 million to develop autonomous vehicle chip technology
The oversubscribed $70 million round led by Maverick Capital increases SiMa.ai’s total amount raised to $270 million
In a press release on April 4, SiMa.ai announced it has raised an additional $70 million of funding led by Maverick Capital, with participation from Point72 and Jericho, as well as existing investors Amplify Partners, Dell Technologies Capital, Fidelity Management & Research Co., Lip-Bu Tan and others.
