iAuto and Human Horizons enter into strategic partnership
iAuto plans to invest up to $1 billion in Human Horizons for restructuring
Mainland China-based Human Horizons, the parent company of the HiPhi premium EV brand, and iAuto announced that they have signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement. The cooperation encompasses areas such as manufacturing collaboration, equity merger and acquisition, technical cooperation, brand and international sales alignment, and supply chain and production integration.
