Nexperia’s portfolio of 650V SiC diodes now addresses automotive applications
As reported in a press release on June 11, Nexperia has announced that its 650V, 10A silicon carbide (SiC) Schottky diode has become automotive qualified and is now available in real-two-pin DPAK packaging, making it compatible with various electric vehicle applications.
