Refex Green Mobility Ltd. (RGML), a subsidiary of the Refex Group that operates within diverse sectors including the energy and environment sector, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Citroën for the procurement of 500 Citroën ë-C3 electric vehicles.
