Nissan to use Fermata Energy’s bidirectional charger and V2X platform with Nissan LEAF

The FE-20 charger can charge a Nissan LEAF’s battery or send energy stored in the parked vehicle back to a building or power grid to help offset peak energy demand

In a press release dated Aug. 28, Nissan announced that it has approved the use of the next-generation Fermata Energy FE-20 bidirectional charger and its vehicle-to-everything (V2X) platform with Nissan Leaf.
