Ltd., a robotics company based in China. This collaboration aims to establish a joint venture focusing on advancing the application of embodied intelligent robotics within the automotive sector. The joint venture plans to engage in the development of intelligent robots, R&D of supporting equipment, and sales of integrated solutions for automotive manufacturing, new energy batteries, and related services. Miracle Automation brings to the table its experience and resources in the automotive and lithium battery industries, aiding the joint venture in expanding its application scenarios and project delivery.
