The Taiwanese government has assured that its most advanced semiconductor technology will remain within Taiwan, despite a substantial $100 billion deal between Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) and the Trump administration to expand TSMC's investments in the US, according to a report published by The Guardian on March 4.
