Posco Future M to raise $771 million for North American expansion through rights offering

Posco Future M Co., a prominent battery materials producer in South Korea, is set to raise 1.1 trillion won (about $771 million) through a rights offering to expand its manufacturing capacity in North America amid a downturn in global electric vehicle demand.
