iMotion Automotive forms joint ventures with Delloyd Technology for ADAS production in Malaysia
iMotion and Delloyd aim to expand Southeast Asia operations with a manufacturing facility and exclusive distribution network
According to a report published by Telematics Wire on May 15, iMotion Automotive Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of iMotion Technology, formed two joint ventures with Delloyd Technology Berhad, a Malaysian automotive component manufacturer. The collaboration aims to create a localized operational framework in Southeast Asia, expand iMotion's international presence, and strengthen its global strategy with a regional partner.
