The plant marks an important step in Sailun Group's strategy to expand locally and globally, following its previous ventures in Southeast Asia
Sailun Group and its joint venture partner, Tire Direct (TD), held a groundbreaking ceremony on May 15 for their tire production project in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico, the mainland China-based tiremaker said in a press release on May 22.
