Minda Corp. partners with Toyodenso to jointly develop and produce advanced automotive switches in India
The JV will establish a manufacturing plant in Noida, which should begin operations in the second half of the fiscal year 2026–27
On June 11, Minda Corp. Ltd., the flagship company of India-based Spark Minda Group, announced a joint venture agreement with Japan-based Toyodenso Co. to produce advanced automotive switches for the Indian market.
