New Energy Asia Sdn. Bhd. has been launched as a new joint venture between HICOM Engineering Sdn. Bhd. (HESB), a subsidiary of DRB-HICOM Bhd., and China's Hangzhou Flash Charging New Energy Co. Ltd. (HFC), which operates under Lotus Technology Inc.
