Indian supplier ASK Automotive Ltd. announced that its board of directors approved the establishment of a joint venture with T.D. Holding GMBH (TDH) to manufacture and supply sunroof control cables and helix cables specifically designed for passenger vehicles, Autocar Professional reported June 25.
