Rock Tech Lithium Inc., a German-Canadian cleantech company, and mainland China-based Ronbay Technology Co. Ltd., have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) aimed at establishing a localized integrated lithium-ion battery materials supply chain in Europe.
