The all-new YU7 electric sport utility vehicle (SUV), which Xiaomi introduced on June 26, features a new-generation electrochromic smart dimming sunroof from Ambilight, a mainland China-based company specializing in flexible electrochromic technologies. This innovative sunroof, which is controlled by software without the need for physical sunshades, can block up to 99.85% of light in its darkest setting. This feature enhances passenger comfort by reducing glare and improving thermal insulation, while maintaining a minimalist interior design.
