Singapore plans to deploy autonomous vehicles in public housing, tackling aging population and labor shortages challenges by enhancing public transport

Singapore Acting Minister of Transport Jeffrey Siow visited WeRide's headquarters in Guangzhou, mainland China, on June 29 to discuss ongoing cooperation in autonomous mobility and announced plans for deploying autonomous vehicles in Singapore by the end of 2025, as reported in a press release on June 30.
