Nissan recalls over 480,000 vehicles in US and Canada for engine defects
According to the NHTSA's recall report, these defects could lead to engine damage and potentially cause engine failure while driving, increasing the risk of crashes
The Associated Press reported on July 1 that Nissan is recalling more than 480,000 vehicles in the US and Canada due to potential manufacturing defects that could lead to engine failure. The recall targets specific model years, including the 2021–24 Nissan Rogue, 2019–20 Altima, 2019–22 Infiniti QX50, and 2022 Infiniti QX55. Of the total, 443,899 vehicles are being recalled in the US and 37,837 in Canada.
