NHTSA opens recall query into about 1.2 million Ram trucks
FCA’s original fix involved replacing the solenoid and its mounting bracket but the NHTSA is now questioning the effectiveness of those repairs
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reopened an investigation into Stellantis — formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) — for its handling of a recall originally issued for 2013 to 2018 Ram trucks.
