EnergyX to acquire Daytona Lithium from Pantera for A$40 million
The acquisition strengthens EnergyX's lithium project in North America's Smackover formation, enhancing its sustainable lithium supply for EVs and batteries
Energy Exploration Technologies Inc. (EnergyX), supported by General Motors, has entered a binding conditional agreement to acquire Daytona Lithium Pty. Ltd. from Pantera Lithium Ltd. for A$40 million. Daytona Lithium possesses 35,000 gross acres on the Arkansas side of the Smackover formation, which EnergyX regards as a promising lithium region in North America.
